1. Financial & Performance Data Collection

We collect information necessary to provide institutional credit risk assessments. This includes institutional account identifiers, financial performance signals, verified field boundaries, and historical agronomic data. We also process high-cadence satellite telemetry and environmental sensor data linked to specific borrowing entities.

2. Algorithmic Risk Processing

Your data is processed to generate credit-risk scores, yield-contingency forecasts, and IFRS 9 compliant audit trails. We use proprietary machine learning models to identify performance anomalies that may impact repayment capacity. Raw data is transformed into standardized risk signals for institutional lenders; we do not sell your identified financial data to non-affiliated third parties.

3. Institutional-Grade Security

Verdian employs bank-grade security protocols, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and multi-factor authentication for institutional access. Our infrastructure is designed to maintain the integrity of the credit audit trail, with regular third-party security audits and SOC2-aligned controls.

4. Authorized Information Sharing

Data sharing is strictly controlled by your visibility settings. When 'Lending Visibility' is enabled, we transmit specific risk signals and compliance certificates to your authorized financial partners. We may also share anonymized, aggregated datasets with international standard bodies for the purpose of refining regional risk benchmarks.

5. Data Ownership & Audit Persistence

While originators maintain ownership of their performance data, financial regulatory standards require Verdian to maintain a persistent audit trail of risk scores used in lending decisions. You have the right to access and correct your data, but certain records must be retained for compliance with institutional reporting and anti-fraud mandates.

6. Monitoring & Behavioral Signals

We use sophisticated tracking technologies to monitor the fidelity of ground-truth reporting. This includes cross-referencing mobile field entries with satellite timestamps and atmospheric data to ensure the absolute integrity of the credit-decisioning engine.
